GIVE ACCORDING TO THE NEED

TEXT: Acts 3:1-6

· One of the great challenges of life is understanding, communicating, and meeting

expectations.

· So the man gave them his attention, expecting to get something from them.

Acts 3:5 (NIV)

1) THE DAY IS COMING WHEN WHAT YOU HAVE WILL BE REQUIRED OF YOU

· Therefore God again set a certain day, calling it Today, when a long time later he spoke

through David, as was said before: "Today, if you hear his voice, do not harden your

hearts."                                     Heb 4:7 (NIV)

2) DON’T WORRY ABOUT WHAT YOU DON’T HAVE

· God is not in worry.  So, decision we make out of worry will never be in agreement with

his will.

3) CONSIDER WHAT YOU DO HAVE

· They found their resource in their times of prayer—which led to a daily life in the

presence and power of the Holy Spirit.

4) GIVE AWAY WHAT YOU DO HAVE

· Whatever is not growing and reproducing is dying.

5) WHAT YOU DO HAVE CAN CHANGE THE WORLD

CONCLUSION

· But Jesus replied, "You feed them!" "Why, we have only five loaves of bread and two

· fish among the lot of us," they protested; "or are you expecting us to go and buy enough
