A Significant Life
All of us want to lead a life that matters to
God and to others, but the busyness and pressure we face on a
daily basis can cloud our perception of what a meaningful life
actually is. This group will use
The Search
for Significance Devotional Guide
to ask
thought-provoking questions that will lead you on a journey to
find the true source of positive self-worth and a life of
freedom and joy.

Defending Our Faith:
A Question of Humanity
Let your faith be strengthened and encouraged as James and Lori
Tucker help you answer two questions at the forefront of our
world culture: were humans created? And, what is a human? James
will discuss the fossil evidence, "ape-men,” and the continuing
debate surrounding evolution and creation. Lori will dive into
current events with the human genetic code, discussing when life
begins, the difference between stem cells and embryonic stem
cells, cloning, and related issues. This group will help you
explain these ideas to others in a relevant way, and give you
the tools to be able to make informed decisions in your own
life.

Door Ninja... and other Unusual Ways God Speaks
The Bible is full of ordinary people who led
memorable lives because of a conversation with God. And yet
these conversations were as unique as the people He spoke with.
Do you ever wish God would give you a burning bush? Dr. Amanda
Pavich will explore the idea that God can—and often does-- use
the uniqueness of our lives to teach us His truths. Humorous
stories interwoven with biblical principles will leave you
encouraged that God is still speaking, and He desires to have
regular conversation with you in a very personal way. And don’t
worry—you will find out all about the Back Door Ninja!
